Mawcazims Goshen Business Service Extras Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Mawcazims Goshen Wings Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) strives to provide the best business registration services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Service Cancellation by Client:

  • If you decide to cancel our services, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the stage of the service process.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund minus any administrative fees incurred.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before any work has commenced will receive a refund minus a service charge of 25% of the total service fee.
  • No refunds will be issued once work on your business registration has commenced.

2.2 Service Cancellation by Company:

  • If we are unable to provide the service for any reason and we cancel the service, a full refund will be issued to you.

2.3 Service Deficiencies:

  • If there is a deficiency in the service provided that is due to our error, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be rectified, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the deficiency.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

3.1 Certain fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Government filing fees.
  • Third-party service fees.
  • Visa Fees and or embassy fees
  • Any additional costs incurred on your behalf that are non-recoverable.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Your name.
  • Your contact information.
  • The service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • The reason for your refund request.

4.2 All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service completion date.

5. Processing Refunds

5.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

5.2 Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not available, an alternative method will be used as agreed upon by both parties.

6. Amendments

6.1 We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
