1. Introduction
Welcome to Mawcazims Goshen! These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of website design services by Mawcazims Goshen (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Description of Services
We offer a variety of website design services including but not limited to website development, design customization, and maintenance. Specific services to be provided will be outlined in the project proposal.
2.2 Project Scope
A detailed project scope, including deliverables, timeline, and cost, will be provided in the proposal. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Client Responsibilities
- Provision of Information: The Client must provide all necessary information, content, and materials required for the project.
- Feedback and Approvals: The Client must provide timely feedback and approvals as needed throughout the project.
- Compliance: The Client must ensure that all content provided complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
3.2 Mawcazims Goshen Responsibilities
- Delivery of Services: We will deliver the services as outlined in the project scope and proposal.
- Communication: We will maintain regular communication with the Client regarding project progress.
- Confidentiality: We will keep all Client information and materials confidential and use them solely for the purpose of providing the services.
4. Payments
4.1 Fees
The fees for our services will be outlined in the project proposal. Fees are based on the scope of work and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
4.2 Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit of [percentage]% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
- Milestone Payments: Payments are due at specified milestones as outlined in the proposal.
- Final Payment: The final payment is due upon project completion and prior to the website going live.
4.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a fee of 25% of the outstanding amount per month. We reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.
5. Revisions and Changes

The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions as part of the initial project scope. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5.2 Changes to Scope
Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional fees. A new timeline and cost estimate will be provided for any changes.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Client
The Client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
6.2 Termination by Mawcazims Goshen
We reserve the right to terminate the project if the Client fails to comply with these terms, including failure to make timely payments. The Client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Ownership and Rights
7.1 Intellectual Property
- Client Materials: The Client retains ownership of all materials provided to us for the project.
- Created Materials: Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the website and any materials created as part of the project.
7.2 Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to include the completed project in our portfolio and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 Warranties
We warrant that our services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or meet specific performance criteria.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims arising out of this agreement will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Imo State, Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imo State, Nigeria.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing and will take effect upon acceptance by the Client.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the project proposal, constitute the entire agreement between Mawcazims Goshen and the you (The Client), superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
